Chance was essential to the smooth purchase of our first home. His expertise was invaluable at every step of the process from submitting our offer to closing. I always knew what was around the corner and he provided thoughtful answers to all of my extensive questions. Oh, and our interest rate is fantastic! Every other professional that interfaced with Chance offered unsolicited praise, and I personally can’t imagine purchasing my first home without a loan servicer that I didn’t implicitly trust. There is no doubt who I will call when it is time to refinance or purchase my next home.
