Where do I start? I’ve met Marc a few years ago and found him on Facebook. I reached out to him via messenger just in inquire about my chances of getting approved. Keep in mind I lost all confidence with my chances of getting a mortgage because I had a guy tell me that my credit wasn’t good enough at Chase Bank. I went ahead and reached out to a family friend who knew another guy that was a local broker here in Sonoma county. He said the same thing. My credit wasn’t good enough. In the same evening I saw Marc’s post about working with any credit. He was local and he’s here to help. I applied to get a pre-approval from Marc. He said the same thing that my credit wasn’t low.
