Roberto is the best. I was ready to give up. I went through the process with a different lender, and days before, I was supposed to close they said I did not qualify for the grant. Then someone very special introduced me to Roberto. He told me what I had to do. 1 month later, I closed on a house. And qualified for the grant.. Roberto and his team will walk you through the process. They will explain all the steps to you. Any question I had he answered it. Even on vacation. He is a saint.

What I liked most was that he is efficient and I learned a lot through the process. He took the time to go over different options, explain the pros and cons, and make sure I understood what was going on before moving forward. His type of patience is hard to find these days. The whole process ended up being alot smoother than I expected because I always knew where things stood. If there was an update, Robert let me know. If there was something I needed, he explained it clearly and helped me get it done.
