Yagnesh was able to close the deal under three weeks. We were working with quicken loans and they failed to meet the closing date and we reached out to Yagnesh and he told us what he needed and when he will be able to close and he met those dates without any issues while other lender had six months to get a full approval and still missed the closing date. Something I really liked about Yagnesh was that he was always available along with his team to make sure everything gets done efficiently and they have done so. We were going to lose our earnest money deposit if we didn't close on the second closing date, and Yagnesh and his team came through with it while the other lender didn't meet the second closing date again. You won't be disappointed going through this guy.
