We had an outstanding experience working with Andre Gutierrez and his team! From start to finish, they were professional, detailed, and incredibly quick in helping us purchase our new home. Andre and his team explained every step of the process in detail, making what can often feel overwhelming so much easier to navigate.
Everyone we interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and exceptional at their role. Their commitment to clear communication and personalized support truly set them apart. We felt confident and well-guided every step of the way.
Without a doubt, we would absolutely work with Andre and his team again in the future. Highly recommend!
“Because my experience then was the same exact experience I had this time: Exceptional. Andre was highly professional, friendly, responsive, effective and timely.”
I worked with Andre Gutierrez probably 15 years ago on two or three mortgage/re-fi’s. Why would someone in 2026 after all this time remember him and reach out again out of the blue? Because my experience then was the same exact experience I had this time: Exceptional. Andre was highly professional, friendly, responsive, effective and timely. Throughout the process, Andre reveals himself as an excellent communicator and is able to respond to questions of process quickly and with confidence. That confidence subsequently allows me to trust both the financing process and the company he represents, Rate.com. I will recommend his services to anyone I know who is seeking the same quality of experience that I have had.
