I can’t say enough great things about Felicia Holman! From beginning to end, she was absolutely incredible to work with. She worked extremely fast and efficiently, helped me get my credit where it needed to be, switched my loan over to a new loan, and somehow managed to get everything done so I could close within just 4 days of finding the property!
What really stood out to me was how attentive and available Felicia was throughout the entire process. She always answered my calls, explained everything clearly, paid attention to every detail, and made sure I understood exactly what was happening every step of the way.
And her patience deserves its own five stars 😂. Even when I would go on random rants that had absolutely nothing to do with my mortgage, she would still listen, laugh with me, and somehow get us right back on track.
