“Mike and his team were so great to work with to make sure my home buying process went smoothly and enjoyable!”
Just closed on my first home and Mike and his team were so great to work with to make sure my home buying process went smoothly and enjoyable! I couldn’t have asked for a better first time buyer experience than this. I would happily refer anyone to him and the people at Rate to work with for a loan.

“The rate was the best I could get at the time.”
The rate was the best I could get at the time. I would have given a 10, but I found communication with some people difficult and there were a lot of little hoops that I had to jump through that I've never had to deal with in securing a home loan in the past.
