Working with Shelly Perez was an outstanding experience from start to finish. She was always available to answer my questions, clearly explain each step, and provide guidance rooted in deep experience. Shelly’s dedication went well beyond expectations she truly listened to what I wanted, anticipated my needs, and often found solutions before I even realized they were needed. I’m incredibly grateful for her hard work and would recommend Shelly Perez to anyone looking to buy a home.

“As first time home buyers she made the process easy to understand and answered the many questions we had. She was very knowledgeable and suggested ways to lower our interest rate.”
Shelly helped my husband and I buy our first home back in Dec of 2022. As first time home buyers she made the process easy to understand and answered the many questions we had. She was very knowledgeable on the different programs we may qualify for and even suggested ways to lower our interest rate. Throughout the whole process she made sure to keep us updated. Overall, I would definitely recommend Shelly as a lender and if we have the chance in the future I would gladly use her services again
