I feel so comfortable working with him, given that he is so honest, straightforward, smart & knowledgeable, and always clearly represents my interests in front of the lender. I compared him to many mortgage brokers over the years, and while I was able to find some smart people, he always had an edge in terms of (1) sophistication, addressing situations that others couldn't, and (2) being completely straightforward. So many times, another mortgage broker offered an allegedly better deal, and in 100% of the cases it ended up not being better (and often worse). I've learned to always trust Tracy.
