Buying your first home can be a challenge with many obstacles in the way. On of those obstacles can be finding a lender but with Robert that process was a breeze. This is my first home and Robert was there day or night. He guided me on correct practices, downpayment options, and just the overall process to buy a home. After sending in some information I was able to get pre approved and put in an offer on a home within the same week. Post home buying the mortgage through guaranteed rate has been great no complains.
