Holly is amazing - you get to know that right away when you work with her. She knows what she's talking about - lots of people do in that industry. What separates her from the rest is that she LOVES what she does. She knows all the ins and outs of what's going on in the industry, trends, the different kinds of loans that are available, and the best way to go about things. She goes above and beyond and I've see her work odd hours to get a loan closed more smoothly. She is more dedicated than almost anyone I know. When I was told it probably wouldn't save us anything to refinance by a couple of other people, Holly was able to save us a substantial amount on our monthly payments. We opted to take a smaller cut on the interest rate to keep our closing costs at a minimum, but we could have even gotten a lower monthly payment. Holly explained all the different options we have so we were able to discuss and find what worked best for us. I'm all about options so that was paramount.

In the end we were able to update our home, consolidate our debts, and have less money going out every month.
