My wife and I purchased our first home through Jamie and his team back in late 2023 and the experience couldn't have been better. Jamie was always friendly and pleasant, and had no problem taking the time to explain all the different scenarios and options to us so we really felt informed and in the loop. He was almost always available to answer questions and, if he was busy, got back to us promptly. All of the paperwork was ready in a timely fashion and the whole process was pretty seamless.
We also refinanced with Jamie a year later to take advantage of a brief window with better rates, and it was just as smooth. Jamie actually reached out to us to let us know there might be a good rate opportunity and we were able to capitalize.
