Michelle was incredible. From the moment we called her the first night we were in a pinch and our lender at the time hadn’t replied to our request, she took the reins. She answered the phone at 7pm on a Friday night and got us a pre approval letter by 9:30pm in the middle of a busy night for her. Michelle was knowledgeable, reliable, responsive, honest and kind. She has excellent communication skills and always answered her phone, texts, emails. She provided insight and guidance in a calm manner when under high pressure or stress.
