I had a telephone appointment scheduled and confirmed with Christine DePaepe on Wednesday, May 14 at 2:00 p.m., but the experience was extremely disappointing. I called at the scheduled time and received no answer, so I left a voicemail with my contact information and confirmation of the appointment. After receiving no response, I called again to make sure there wasn’t an error on my end.
Christine eventually sent a text message stating that her previous call ran over and that she would call me back. Shortly after, she sent another text saying she was in a meeting and would text me when she was available to speak. 24 hours later, I still have not received a follow-up text or, more importantly, a phone call.
This level of communication is very unpleasant and unprofessional, especially for an initial interaction. It left a poor first impression and does not inspire confidence in her reliability or professionalism. I am definitely no longer interested in working with her.

I have updated my review of Chris DePaepe after she personally reached out to apologize for the lack of communication and explained the circumstances surrounding the delay.
