Earlier this year I ask about doing a refinance and he suggested that at the time it was not in my best interest. Chris and Nick are the absolute BEST to work with! I have worked with Chris for years as a Realtor and send so many buyers to him that have always given me raving reviews about how great he is. Chris Pedison & Nic Galvan recently helped my husband and I purchase our first home. They were incredible to work with, I'd give more stars if they were available. We originally tried to get approved with another mortgage company but had a really hard time getting anyone to respond back to us. A week goes by and still no response so we decided to contact Chris. I called him on my lunch break and gave him our info, he called me back within the hour and let us know we were preapproved. They took the guess work out of everything, they answered all my questions no matter how silly they were and they were so fast. At closing, the closing agent made the comment that she wished all mortgage companies would Esign like Mid America because it saves everyone so much time. That's how the whole experience was; organized, fast & painless. Needless to say, my family is extremely pleased.
