I don’t think there’s enough words to describe what LeDon did to help my son get his first house. He came through like no other. I was going to be working with another broker and then he told me about all these special grants he could get my son for a first time owner. Not only did he get him that kind of amazing financial support, but when the title company from the seller screwed up and missed something BIG, my real estate agent had to work some magic to get her title company to transfer and help alleviate the issue. LeDon Managed to get his team to review it and get us to close in less than a day. At 4 o’clock on a Monday, LeDon got the go ahead that they could start on the closing. What usually takes at least two days, they got done by the next day! With our closing confirmed for 12 noon. Every time my real estate agent had a question LeDon would answer it. I swear the man never sleeps. It didn’t matter what time of day, he was there for us. He even came to the closing! Dan, the title company representative said that’s very rare. A mortgage broker is just as important as your agent. LeDon is a miracle worker! It was the best choice my son ever made.

Our friendship goes back 16 years and it all started with a family tragedy that I personally saw LeDon Clayborn drop everything in his life and commit and devote all his energy to bring about a wonderful family, a beautiful son, a wholesome household and most important, bring smiles and laughter to all those around him no matter what the situation.
