It seems that there were a couple of times when our real estate agent attempted to "screw" us. Elizabeth and I, we owe Shan a great deal of gratitude for her yeoman-like attention to details, period. Shan immediately jumped to our rescue and professionally resolved any so-called unintended and not fully understanding protocols, as it were. At times, it seemed as if Shan was doing the real estate agent's, work as well as her own tasks. Shan was always at our beck and call, even our real estate agent could not be reached. I soon became very impressed with her. She was accessible, as opposed to our agent who gave one excuse after another. Example given, we, on several occasions could not reach our agent because of family matters, etc. , whereas, Shan was always available, regardless of time of day.
