OriginPoint was able to clear us for closing for a quick (21 day) closing, despite buying the property from abroad. I appreciated the ability to take advantage of both a mobile and virtual POA to avoid having to fly home to the states to attend the closing in person. I would give a 5 star review except for the fact that I had to field daily requests for documents for the underwriter, even on the day of closing. I wish that there has been a way to know what documents were needed well before the day of closing so that the process was not so stressful.
