Marianne was fantastic to work with. Very responsive and did a lot of work helping my wife and I as first time homebuyers. Shed spend extra time walking through many questions in a very complicated housing market. She took a lot of the stress away. Highly recommend!!!
“Marianne went above and beyond to lock me in at a low rate during a time when rates were at their highest in years.”
Marianne went above and beyond to lock me in at a low rate during a time when rates were at their highest in years. She made the pre-approval process so easy and was so kind and patient throughout the entire process. Ken, the Loan Associate who works with Marianne, was also patient and very easy to work with. He explained very clearly everything I needed to provide for my mortgage approval and was always available to answer my questions. I highly recommend Guaranteed Rate to anyone who is buying a home or planning on refinancing.
