I have never felt so comfortable going through the process of buying a home before. In the past trying to buy initially or refinance always put me in a spot where I felt like the I was doing it by myself and had to research everything so I didn’t get taken advantage of. Mark and his team not only took amazing care of us but would answer the phone everytime we called even if it felt like a stupid question. It was my wife’s first time buying a home and they all went out of there way to make sure she felt comfortable and understood the process. We truely feel like we found a friend through this entire process and I could recommend someone more. Mark is the gold standard and you won’t find anyone as genuine and patient as him.
