This is the second time I have worked with Charles and his team. I bought my house with him (my first house) about a year and a half ago, and then I have recently refinanced with him as well. The rates and fees have always worked out to what we had discussed in our informal conversations, and his team was easily contacted for any questions I had during the process. This team is the best for getting what you need during a very difficult process - buying a house, refinancing - it's a load of paperwork, but they make it easy. I feel that I can trust him also - if I wasn't going to be saving money by refinancing I know that he would have told me that it wasn't the best time to do it. I wish I could give him 10 stars!
