Lysa and team were a true pleasure to work with. They took the time to answer all of our questions throughout the process and were happy to review different portions again to ensure we were comfortable before making any decisions. They presented us with different options, explaining the pros/cons of each one and how the long-term v. short term benefit would be for us depending on how long we planned to be in the house.
Lysa kept us well informed on the status of our application every step of the way, letting us know of what documentation was needed ahead of time so we would have it ready and updating us immediately if anything additional was needed to avoid any delays. Lysa Griffith is a total pro. I am a real estate broker with 20 years experience - I’ve worked with many loan officers over the years, but I have to say that Lysa stands out for her clear communication, responsiveness, and ability to execute under pressure.
Most recently, she pulled off absolute heroics to save a deal that another lender was floundering on. The other lender (who offered my client a 'discount' via his employer) had nearly a month to execute financing, but refused to act with a sense of urgency and had nearly zero communication.
With the clock ticking, Lysa stepped in, got up to speed quickly, and managed to close the loan in about 10 calendar days—something that seemed nearly impossible given the circumstances.
