He made sure we had everything set up to make solid offers. As we looked for houses he offered detailed breakdowns of closing costs and monthly payments for each property so we could have all the information to make a good decision. Once we had an offer secured and were working on closing he had clear communication on what was needed so we could continue to move forward. He provided us with updated information as the process moved along and made sure we were informed of any changes. The closing occurred on time and Scott was always available for any questions with very timely responses. Overall we had a great experience. I felt that Scott was trustworthy, transparent, and showed a degree of care that I didn’t find with other providers. Highly recommend.
