(We had other lenders qualify us for high amounts, but failed to mention that their loan offers exceeded the FHA maximum borrowing limits for our county, and we would need to pay the difference. When I contacted these three other lenders, they admitted that their offers were more than we could accept by FHA regulations.) Not to mention... We received quotes from three other lenders and his was the lowest. He was EXTREMELY quick with the paperwork and was ready to go before we even finished our inspections... we were shocked! We had a 21 day FHA escrow! His GFE was very accurate and there were no surprises at the end. Jesse is a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him.
