The loan service team went far and beyond to assist me with the purchase of my property. Great communication, proactive approach during critical periods, quick turn around of results. When there were issues, they tried to find solutions. I’m really glad they were walking next to me through the entire process. Overall 100% recommended.

I've been very happy with this loan process! It's something that could easily be stressful (especially as a first time home buyer) but everyone who has worked with my husband and I has been kind and knowledgeable and I've never felt left in the dark. I really appreciate everyone at Rate!
“The entire process was amazing - Terry Majich and Maria Riley are absolutely fabulous.”
