DETAIL ORIENTED, PERSONABLE and EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE are the words I would use to describe Jason Buchanan, Loan Officer Movement Mortgage HQ.
We were looking to retire to Florida but we’re not in a rush. We figured when the right house came up we would jump. We secured Jason to basically provide a bridge loan to cover the difference of what our current house would sell for in the purchase of a new home. When the first house we were seriously interested in came up, Jason quickly provided loan approval in just a few hours. He is amazing! Unfortunately, we did not get that house nor a couple others until our perfect home became available. Jason not only walked us through the loan approval process, but also came to our closing and back to our house to celebrate.

When we decided to start looking for a home our realtor gave us Jason's info and highly recommended him because he was great to work with. I can't say enough good things about Jason! Going into the process with him, we were looking for a mortgage to buy a new house and sell ours. Jason helped me every step of the way, answered any and all questions I had and really took the time to explain his responses to me so I understood. With our approval, we started looking for houses only to realize we weren't finding anything on the market worth giving up the house we already had. So I started discussing refinance options with Jason and ways to pull equity out on the house and make it what we needed instead of moving.
