“Nicole Benson was incredibly responsive and helpful. She was always willing to answer our questions and went above and beyond to resolve problems when they came up.”
We had a great experience with Rate during the financing of our construction loan and then our refinance. Nicole Benson was incredibly responsive and helpful through the entire process. She was always willing to answer our questions, assist in coordinating with her colleagues and us while gathering paperwork and went above and beyond to resolve problems when they came up. I have and will continue to recommend Rate for anyone looking to finance a loan.

We were grateful to have the opportunity to work with Nicole and her team. They were warm, professional, provided great communication and they made a tedious and stressful process streamlined and easy. It was nice to have such a smooth transaction with a group of professionals. And on top of that Nicole really is a kind and genuine human being. She provided the high level of attention and communication that we were looking for. She is excellent at what she does!
The entire transaction was handled on-line, quickly and efficiently. We would be happy to work with the whole team again!

Thank you again Nicole and everyone else who was involved in making this happen for me and my family.

“Rate came in after the fact and saved the day from what was guaranteed to be a disaster. Their team started behind the ball, and they still pulled everything off in about two weeks.”
We ended up with a lender we did NOT trust. Rate came in after the fact and saved the day from what was guaranteed to be a disaster. Their team started behind the ball, and they still pulled everything off in about two weeks. Amazing communication and they really dedicated themselves to us after a horrendous previous experience when attempting to buy our first home.
