He will guide you on what to do and what not to do. Follow that and you'll get to your home goal as quickly as you think. His video explanation is a plus. I really enjoyed working with him. In addition, Nick was able to get borrower's loan cleared 2 weeks prior to the contract closing date which allowed the borrower to close and move in two weeks before the contemplate closing date and before for Christmas.
