I made a large move over multiple months, and I appreciated when Howard would reach out to touchbase, he would ask when I would like him to reach out again. That was great because there were periods of time when I wasn't looking for a house. I also appreciated all the information on your website regarding the process. The only feedback I have is to make sure the client knows in advance if someone other than their original person will be reaching out. In the scam era, you can never be too careful.
