Aaron was helpful even before we switched. Beyond that, Aaron is communicative, personable, and on top of his stuff. He made our home closing process smooth when it had previously been grueling.
One thing that is easily overlooked is the software a lender uses to communicate with their clients. Citywide’s portal makes applying, uploading documents, and knowing where you’re at in the process and what to expect next a cinch. The portal is intuitive, yet Aaron still goes the extra mile to communicate, which made us feel like VIP clients. Communicating with Cody was equally easy and pleasant.
What really stuck out to us was how Aaron took responsibility for our previous lender’s failures. He made right where our previous lender fell short. That’s not just professional service; that’s care and compassion.
We will recommend Aaron and his team at Citywide again and again.

Just closed on a home for some first time buyers and Aaron was great. First, he met with them in person instead of just directing them to website to do application. Great way to get first time buyers questions answered and get them excited about purchasing a home. Throughout the transaction he kept me and them informed on all that was going on without me asking. Had them ready to close within 3 weeks of finding a home. He even came to closing which to me really helps finalize the transaction and gives the Buyers a final piece of comfort. Aaron was so great to work with; I had realized last minute I was not getting the best rate at my bank, and Aaron responded on a weekend and had a rate almost a whole 1% lower in less than 24 hours. With only 3 weeks left to the closing date, he was able to get everything processed and underwritten with zero problems. There was a lot of stressful moments buying our home, but Aaron made sure that none of that came from the financing part of the process. Cannot recommend him enough!
