“Everything was explained clearly for a first time buyer. Her kindness made a difference in my home buying experience, and her expertise kept me competitive through the process.”
It was my first time buying a home, and Stefanie Barrett from Guaranteed Rate was my absolute angel. Everything was explained clearly and simply for a first time buyer, and she was there for me (days, nights, or weekends!) no matter how silly my questions were. Stefanie's kindness really made a difference in my home buying experience, and her expertise was an asset that kept me competitive through the offer process. I could never have dreamed to purchase my first home without her assistance and plan to send as many referrals as possible her way.
“Stefanie made our home buying process extremely smooth, she is very responsive [and] made herself available anytime. We look forward to working with her in the future.”
Stefanie made our home buying process extremely smooth, she is very responsive, she doesn’t lie and will tell you straight out if this is the best deal she can get. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and she took the time to answer them and as busy nurses who work 12 hours she made herself available anytime and through text to accommodate us. We originally had rocket mortgage but was referred to Stefanie and we are so happy with went with her. We look forward to working with her in the future and would highly recommend her to everyone we know who are in the home buying process.
