Given that this is the first home I've ever purchased, I came into the underwriting process very scared and unsure of what was going to happen. Would I be approved? Would I be scrutinized for every purchase I made? Would I constantly be getting calls asking what I was doing with my money? Would I get a good interest rate? All of these questions were constantly in the forefront of my mind. But then I was put in touch with Robert. He quickly put all of those fears to rest by calmly and expertly explaining how the process would go, the timeline of events, and how the underwriting would be completed in a step by step process. He was ALWAYS available for any random, off the wall question I had and he always had an answer. Its rare that you have an opportunity to work with such a helpful professional, especially pertaining to such a major life event like buying your first home. I can't overstate how much I recommend Robert to anyone wanting to buy their first home and who wants and needs reassurance while going through the loan application and underwriting process. Please promote this man because he is the master of his craft. And one more thing, please change all of the 10s that I picked to 11+. This wasn't an option so I couldn't display how I truly felt.
