I used to be an engineering manager with ExxonMobil and other major oil and gas servicing companies, at those times to get a home loan is so easy, everyone actively contact you for promotional deals. But ever since I started to be a small business owner, a HVAC company owner and operator, things have changed completely.
Recently I need to purchase a new house to move in with my new family, but my bank JPM Chase and SoFi both have turned me down based on my W-2 tax returns. These financial institutions rigidly go by people's tax returns then they determined my income was too low.
The interesting thing for business owners are by tax laws there are tons of avenues you can legally ride on to write off lots of your capital gains plus the unsold inventories could reduce your annual business revenues too.
At the time I was forced to either giving up buying this house or had to wait for a couple of more years to buy a house all in cash, a realtor introduced Mack Blankenship to me. After about one month of hard work, he and his team got me approved to have a loan to purchase the house in late November. Mack and his team are intelligent people who knows how "cash flow" works for business owners and understand business people's tax returns might not always look rosy but they have the buying power to nearly afford anything they wanted in life.
