There are not enough stars to encompass how much I love working with Tracy Andreini @ Certainty Home Lending. I am a client of hers in two ways. She helped me get a mortgage for my house back in 2022 and was insanely smart by telling me to get a HELOC on the property even if I didn't need one (since I put down more than 20%, I could do this). I thought she was really insane, but when worked slowed down over the next few years in Real Estate, I was eternally grateful that she had the foresight to recommend this to me.
