I can not recommened Michel and her team enough. We were first time home buyers and knew very little about the lending process. She walked us through the process, gave us different options that were available, etc. From offer to close, Michel replied to our emails promptly, answered every question no matter how silly. She was clear in the steps we needed to do to continue the process, so we were well informed throughout.

We are first-time home buyers and we had a wonderful experience working with Michel. Mortgages and home buying in general are very complex -- she was able to explain everything to us in a way that was extremely easy to understand. She also broke down different options for us to illustrate how our decisions (type of loan, size of down payment, etc) would impact us in the long run, so we could make strategic decisions that align with our financial priorities.
Michel was also incredibly responsive -- she responds to emails and phone calls very quickly, so we always felt supported by her. Our incredible, Type-A real estate agent even shared how impressed she was with the speed and quality of Michel's responses. If/when we refinance, we'll definitely go back to her.
