Hello everyone, recently my family and I have recently become homeowners. I wanted to personally thank Conrad for helping us through loan process, if you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy loan officer, I definitely recommend Conrad.
Throughout this process I spoke to and applied to multiple loan providers and Conrad by far was the best. My experience with other loan officers and mortgage lenders rushed us, unreliable and unresponsive, or made us feel uncomfortable. I can personally speak to 3 other mortgage lenders: Federal Savings Bank (recommended by a friend), Chase (my family’s bank), and Strong Home Mortgage (online via Credit Karma).
Conrad from the start was patient and completely understanding. He sent detailed spreadsheets with different loan options, with rough estimates that we could take. He is knowledgeable and was more interested in teaching me rather than selling to me. He was always available for every question I had via text, email, and phone calls - any day of the week, including weekends and nights. We didn’t choose the greatest time to buy a house, given how crazy the market has been. However, Conrad was able help us with this, he went above and beyond to call the listing agent on the home to explain how qualified of a buyer I am. He also closes quick which is a huge plus in the eyes of the seller, which is much quicker compared to other institutions.
I was comfortable and informed throughout the whole process, I was never rushed and he was very responsive. The terms were clear and the estimates in the end were spot on from the first ones he sent, no hidden or surprise fees at the end. Conrad has made my time through this process much more bearable. So, if you’re one of those people who doesn’t apply to multiple loan providers, save yourself time and just go with Conrad for peace of mind.

I bought my first home back at the end of March. I originally had a lender through a bank but they were saying it was going to take a very long time to close so I ended up switching lenders and I’m glad I did. Conrad was so easy to get a hold of. I liked that I was able to text him or call with any questions I had. With all the paperwork that goes along with buying a house things do get kind of confusing. I did have sticker shock when it came to closing costs but Conrad reassured me that it always starts high and then lowers as things move forward.
