Ron and his team are simply amazing! The home buying process is so nerve wrecking, so I assumed ! He walked me through the entire process ,not giving me the run around, making sure EVERYTHING was in order for underwriting. I was in my new home within a month! Which is insane, because you hear horror stories about others that go through a similar process with other companies, and get a different outcome. Additionally, he helped find FHA homebuyer assistance to cover majority of my fees, to where I got money back at closing! As a mother who is putting her kid through college, by herself, this entire experience was appreciated. I’m ready to buy my investment property now!!
