We were working on a short timeline to get the property closed and he persevered through difficult situations and managed to find ways to get the job done. He would have all the documents drafted and sent over to me in a timely manner. Whenever I had questions about the documents I would contact Brad for help. From early in the morning to late at night, he was consistently available to take my calls and made sure that he answered my questions to clear up any confusion. All of my calls, texts and emails were replied to very quickly. Whenever I had an issue he was able to provide a solution. By having him provide his expert advice, it made the processes so much smoother. He was there every step of the way to make sure I had sufficient support, from the initial loan estimate in the beginning to signing the documents at the closing.
