Working with Jenna has been an absolute pleasure. Unlike the 12 other loan officers I talked with before deciding who to go with, Jenna and team did their full diligence up front before we even had our first conversation making her recommendation for our loan program straightforward without me having to go into detail. There were bumps in the road throughout our real estate transaction both on the loan side and property side. Jenna was professional throughout it all, communicated exceptionally well and quickly. It never felt like I was bothering her when I had questions about the process. I would recommend her and the team. Also their online portal was by far the best experience including a mobile app making it easy and secure to upload statements wherever I was at the time.
