“GRA Rate made buying a home for the first time actually enjoyable - even given the ups-and-downs of making offers”
We cannot personally thank the GRA Rate team enough for sticking with us over the past 6 months in this journey! GRA Rate made buying a home for the first time actually enjoyable - even given the ups-and-downs of making offers, not having offers accepted, seeing houses on Fridays and making offers on Friday nights, having one of the parties suddenly deployed overseas for a closing, dealing with federal government home purchasing benefits, AND managing a less than three-week close!
You read horror stories about lenders and the stress with closing...I have to say there wasn't a single moment - even as first time home buyers - where we were concerned things wouldn't be handled on the GRA Rate end. And the GRA Rate team delivered at every step.
I couldn't recommend GRA Rate enough and will be recommending you to each and every colleague who relocates with the federal government!

Brad has been amazing to date, from first contact he has been very informative. He has quickly and thoroughly answered all of my questions and given my wife and I enough info throughout this process that we do not feel overwhelmed. And of course all while being friendly!

The whole team was so nice and patient with us. It meant a lot as first-time buyers that there was so much communication and flexibility. We felt taken care of and the speed to loan approval was what made the difference in our offer getting accepted, beating out higher offers.

“I've never had such a smooth mortgage experience and this is my 4th time buying a home.”
Kenneth and Brad and the entire team were so easy to work with. They had a short window of time to turn this around and I'm delightfully surprised that they were able to do it. I've never had such a smooth mortgage experience and this is my 4th time buying a home.

“Everyone worked with us to get what was needed.”
Request for documents caught us off guard as far as timing. However I believe this was to do with the availability of the house than anything else. Everyone worked with us to get what was needed.
