His team works great the are very responsive they make the process less of a hastle. If you want honesty transparency and a team to hold you hand and cheer you on and rally with you from application to close. This is the place this the team . Rate has an asset here. He also provides a seamless process by keeping the legal team in the loop. When I do have a question or concern he either answers it or gets a team member right on it. I'm at a point where I am refinancing several investment properties and I'm looking forward to working with him again soon!
