I highly recommend working with Robert Szalay. He took the time to explain each step of the loan process in a way I could understand. He was able to give me estimates on exactly what the mortgage would be for each hypothetical offer to help me figure out what we can afford in our budget before submitting a final offer. He works endlessly to ensure everything stays on track. He is able to close faster than any bank in the area can which made a big difference in us getting our offer accepted. He is well connected and is able to help navigate the process with the title company and getting home owners insurance.
