“This was my third property purchase, and I truly don’t remember any of my previous lenders being this attentive, supportive, or efficient. Best mortgage experience I’ve ever had.”
I honestly can’t say enough great things about Julia and her amazing team. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to make the entire mortgage process feel easy and stress-free. This was my third property purchase, and I truly don’t remember any of my previous lenders being this attentive, supportive, or efficient. Their communication was absolutely top-notch. Anytime I had a question, day or night, someone from Julia’s team was there to help. They had every document prepared ahead of time and kept me in the loop at every step. It felt like they were genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. We were even able to close in under a month, which was incredible. I never felt rushed or overwhelmed. Just total peace of mind from start to finish. If you want a team that truly cares and makes things happen, Julia and her crew are the ones to call. Best mortgage experience I’ve ever had.

Julia and her team is 5-Star! Outstanding and excellent experience from beginning to end. The entire Rate team was professional, responsive and made home-buying smooth and easy. They addressed all our concerns, kept us informed every step of the way (all eight steps) and helped us close on our new home stress-free. They even go the extra mile with their bundle up insurance, home warranty and concierge, covering all bases in path to homeownership. We truly appreciate their superb service and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable mortgage lender. Wholeheartedly, thank you Julia, Alain, Diana, Gema and the entire Team!

“Julia is great, she has answered all my questions so far and is reachable to help anytime.”
Julia is great, she has answered all my questions so far and is reachable to help anytime. As a first time homebuyer I would just suggest that agents provide an estimated timeline of what to expect and when to expect during the home buying process. Along with an estimated time line, an estimate of money for each fee. Overall I’m very satisfied with my home buying journey and the help I have received.
