“Bruce was the best. He inherited a complete mess... and got everything back on track. Throughout the entire process, he was always professional, responsive, and kept me informed.”
Bruce was the best. He inherited a complete mess after I started the process with another lender and was already under contract with a closing date approaching. Somehow, Bruce worked his magic and got everything back on track.
Throughout the entire process, he was always professional, responsive, and kept me informed every step of the way. As a first-time homeowner, the process could have been overwhelming, but Bruce made sure I understood everything clearly and took the time to explain each step.
He was always available whenever I had questions or concerns, no matter how small. What I appreciated most was how proactive he was. He kept my realtor and the seller updated regularly, so I never had to worry about making extra calls or dealing with constant back-and-forth communication.
Bruce also made sure all of my paperwork was organized and correct, which helped make underwriting go smoothly and kept the process stress-free for me. He truly made this experience easy.
I would recommend Bruce to anyone without hesitation. Thanks to Bruce, I am now officially a homeowner!
“Bruce was willing to try and make it work. He got me a great rate on a VA Loan [and] made the dream of owning my own house a reality! If you qualify, Bruce is the guy I recommend!”
Bruce is an absolute Miracle worker!! I went through 4 other agents that all took one glance at my records and said "Nope, good luck", despite being a Veteran. I just about gave up hope on getting a house.
Bruce was different, and was at least willing to try and make it work. It was a lot of work, but we achieved it!! Bruce was fantastic on communicating with me, always quick to respond to missed calls. He got me a great rate on a VA Loan, and no part of this feels like I was penalized for my financial history. Made the dream of owning my own house a reality!!
If you qualify for a VA Loan, Bruce is the guy I recommend!!
“Bruce was great at communicating during the entire process. We chose to use Rate vs other lenders because Bruce was straight forward and open about what we should expect!”

I'm not Tech smart! And Bruce was always there to help me through all my questions. He always got back to me immediately. He was even there for closing. He is a very caring agent and I am a very happy client. He didn't make me feel like the deal was closed and he was done. He is the best!!!
