“Michael was amazing from start to finish. He stepped in to help us close on our house essentially at the last minute as our previous broker was no longer a good fit for us.”
Michael was amazing from start to finish. He stepped in to help us close on our house essentially at the last minute as our previous broker was no longer a good fit for us. He made the process seamless, we never waited longer than an hour for a response to any question we had- regardless of the time of day/day of the week. We were constantly updated through various members of his team/automated messages, the portal we used was very user friendly. I truly can’t speak highly enough of Michael and Rate. Our experience all around made something that typically is fairly stressful very straightforward.

“Michael was super easy to work with, he was extremely friendly and efficient qualities we appreciate. He remembered everything about us even after we took a break while looking for a house for a few months.”

“The communication and responsiveness was excellent.”
Stressful, buying a home, but you made it very smooth. The communication and responsiveness was excellent. I realise I was probably a bit of a pest- inundated you with questions- but you were calm, direct and to the point. Thanks for everything.

It has been great. There was one financial institution thing I had to complete that was mildly frustrating- kept looping back asking for more banks- but, in the big picture, nothing.
