Eric took the time to thoroughly explain points and rate and was very patient. The funny part is when I started I was very concerned with the interest rate but changing it only resulted in a change of a few dollars a month in payment. Rate.com and Eric Bryce are excellent! I was thinking about going to a big retail bank for my mortgage but I'm glad I didn't. Eric and his team are super responsive (literally at all hours) to any and all the needs of buying a home. I got the best possible deal on rate and lender. That's a huge benefit of working with Eric and his team -- you get access to multiple lenders opportunities. In my case, Eric really went the extra mile to help maximize the value of the seller credits I received.
