Glenn and the team at Rate were awesome. This is the second home I've purchased and the process this time was much smoother than the previous Bank I went through. I had been calling around to multiple national and local CU's to feel out my current situation and the best way to get a loan. My Real Estate agent pointed me to Glenn and within 2 minutes, he had figured out the best course of action and had already ran some numbers. Going to the process was great; not only was Glenn always available (even on a vacation) but I was able to provide all the documents in the first days and never had any issues after that. The team was able to get the loan approved early and then wait for required items and deadlines to pass. Lastly, they were able to assist with funding a bit early to accommodate an earlier recording for the next day. I can honestly say that Glenn and the team were always 1 email/call away and always handled everything. I cannot say enough great things about this team.

Glenn was very supportive during this arduous process. I was able to contact him at any time and he responded very quickly.

Thank you Glenn Warren for your counsel since day one of our journey with at Rate. This was our first experience with a 1031 exchange and we were foreigners with limited language skills in this area. Glenn was there for us more often than many loan officers we’ve had in our recent past. I have no problem referring Glenn to my family and friends and will definitely keep his number in my contacts!
