Oliva did an amazing job getting us from discovery to CLOSED in a just a couple weeks. Nearly all of our questions were answered within hours, if not minutes, as we navigated through the process. She has our highest recommendation.
Olivia and her team were nothing short of AMAZING for us! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We found a house and had a MAJOR deadline—we’re talking just DAYS to get everything done. Olivia accepted the challenge without hesitation and absolutely delivered! The entire process was seamless, from the initial application all the way through closing day. And she may seriously be the most responsive person I know! 😂 I had SO many questions throughout the process, and she always took the time to answer them, explain everything, and make sure I understood exactly what was happening. Working with Olivia has been a blessing for my fiancé and I. As we navigated our first home buying process, Olivia was always available to field all our questions, concerns, and to help ensure we weren’t doing anything that would mess anything up. She never made us feel as if we knew less than we should, and everything went off without a hitch. Throughout that process as well as the process we recently navigated to refinance, Olivia went out of her way to find the best possible outcome for us and to help us make it a reality. We could not have done it without her, and as a result of her hard work and compassion, we are set up for a more secure future than either of us could have ever imagined. Olivia was great! I felt so guilty but I’d ask a question 10pm at night and she answered almost immediately. On a prior home she also got us a pre approval in a few hours over the weekend! It was a last minute home we were expecting to make an offer on! Definitely recommend her!
