I didn’t get approved the first time, got my ducks in a row and was given Tony’s number! What a blessing! He is so good at what he does, and he makes the process so easy! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Tony and his team are top notch! My transaction was very difficult and unconventional. Not due to Tony or myself but the title company we dealt with. Tony went to bat for me many times and had the knowledge needed to get the house buying finalized. He is personable, professional, and his communication is so valuable. He even reviewed other offers from other companies, explaining the differences in all of them so I could make the best decision. Tony was the best and got us approved and closer after just 2 weeks on our house. We had a prior lender who had drug ourloan process and after 3 months was still requiring information but Tony came through as promised and we got our home! Great communication, down to earth and very eager to help assist us!
Tony was very attentive, honest, and straight forward through the entire process. He answered all of my questions whenever I had one in a timely manner. When I received other refinance offers from other companies, he reviewed them with me on the phone and explained, in detail, what exactly I was looking at to ensure that I understood everything in the offer so I could make the decision for me. I will definitely make sure to have him handle all of my future refinance options.
