I had the privilege of working with Steven as a first time home buyer. He was referred to me from my realtor and I am very glad that he was. From start to finish he was there answering every question and explaining everything to me. He explained it so I could understand it & did not leave me feeling like I had no idea what was going on. The whole process was a lot but being able to fully understand and know what was happening every step of the way made a difference. Couldn’t be more happier! Thank you again!!

Steven Lopez and Valerie Bastianelli were fantastic to work with. Whenever we had questions they got us an answer promptly and were always available, especially Steven who was available 24/7. Steven helped me throughout the entire process and simplified answers to my questions so I could understand. He’s extremely knowledgeable which was a gain for me because mortgages are not my area of expertise! The only issue I had was with the appraiser. I do think that my house appraised for less than market value, but it didn’t hold things up or impact me too much since I put over 40% down.

Steven Lopez was outstanding! He reached above and beyond expectation, was knowledgeable, and was clear/precise.

As a Realtor, using Steven as my preferred lender has never steered me wrong! He is responsive, and makes sure we make it to the closing table every time.

Steven helped me and my wife with our first home purchase. He was able to get us a better interest rate which helped us get into the perfect house. He was always very easy to reach and stay in touch with. Was always available to answer any questions. Would definitely use him again.

Steven worked on our mortgage as if it were his own. He worked hard on multiple scenarios to get us the best rate possible at such a tough time and get us the best possible monthly payment. He didn’t leave us hanging on any step and was there every bit of the way even at closing! Highly recommend working with him for getting the right mortgage for you!

Steven Lopez is extremely knowledgeable and was always available to answer any questions throughout the mortgage process. He went above and beyond for me and always assured me things would fall into place and not to worry. As everyone knows, buying a house is extremely stressful, so I appreciated the extra reassurance during the process. Not only that, but he made it a very personable experience and shared his excitement for me throughout the process.
